We’ll start with a call or coffee chat where I learn all about you, what lights you up, how you envision your day, and what moments matter most. I will take notes, and offer my suggestions based on my experience. This is the time where I will answer all your questions so you feel comfortable that you were heard and your vision was shared.

After our initial meeting, Contract & Deposit will be made if we think we are the right fit! 
We will schedule your engagement session, and set up a time to talk through a timeline. We will review the timeline as many times necessary to ensure that you are getting everything that is important to you in that day. 
 I will also help with vendor recommendations and any other thoughts and questions you might have

Frankly, our day would have been a disaster without Cynthia! We had a small wedding, and on the day of, we literally had no idea what we were doing! Cynthia kept us on track and made a custom timeline, all while being extremely kind, patient, graceful and most importantly, very calm! Somehow, while she was doing all of this, she also captured the most beautiful pictures imaginable. We will cherish her as a person and her amazing work forever!
